This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains our policies regarding subscription cancellations and refunds for gstflow.cloud services operated by Litiga Technology Services.

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 7-Day Refund Window

A full refund is available within 7 days of your first payment if:

  • The service cannot be activated due to a technical issue on our end, OR
  • The service materially fails to operate as described, AND our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe

To qualify for a refund under this provision, you must contact our support team to report the issue and allow us an opportunity to resolve it before requesting a refund.

3.2 After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day period, refunds are evaluated case-by-case only at our sole discretion. No automatic pro-rata refunds are provided.

3.3 No Refunds for Elective Cancellation

No refunds are issued for periods already used when the customer simply chooses to stop using the service. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund is provided for the unused portion.

3.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees after the 7-day window (unless an exception applies)
  • Add-on packs or one-time purchases
  • Fees for periods during which you had access to and used the service

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  4. Include:
    • Your registered email address
    • Order/transaction ID or payment reference
    • Date and time of payment
    • Detailed reason for the refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Decisions are final.

4.1 Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method (e.g., PayFast for PKR payments)
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on the payment processor
  • Bank processing may add additional time

5. Free Trial Policy

5.1 Trial Period

  • New accounts may receive a free trial period
  • No payment is required during the trial
  • Trial provides access to specified plan features

5.2 Trial Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time during the trial
  • No charges apply if you cancel before the trial expires
  • After cancellation, your account may downgrade to a view-only mode

5.3 Post-Trial

  • If you do not subscribe after the trial expires, no charges apply
  • You may subscribe at any time to regain full access

6. Subscription Cancellation Policy

6.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

  • No pro-rata refunds for partial months or billing periods

  • You may re-subscribe at any time after cancellation
  • Previous data is retained and accessible upon re-subscription (subject to our data retention policies)

7. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

7.1 Upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan:

  • New features and quotas typically apply immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle
  • Billing adjustments follow our standard billing terms

7.2 Downgrades

When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • No refunds or credits for the price difference
  • Data is retained; access to higher-tier features is removed after downgrade

8. Account Termination by Litiga Technology Services

8.1 Grounds for Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately for:

  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • Non-payment for 30+ days
  • Abuse of the platform or staff
  • Illegal activity

8.2 No Refunds Upon Termination for Violations

If we terminate your account due to violations, no refunds are issued for unused time or credits.

8.3 Data Access

Upon termination:

  • You have 30 days to export your data
  • After 30 days, data is retained per our legal requirements but you lose access

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

9.1 Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended
  • We will provide evidence of service delivery to your payment provider
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us via WhatsApp at 0300 8231043 or email support@gstflow.cloud. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

10. Payment Processors

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways, including:

  • PayFast: SBP-regulated PSP for Pakistan-based customers (PKR pricing)
  • Other approved payment gateways for international customers

We do not store full credit card details. All payment information is handled securely by the respective payment processor.

11. Digital Service Delivery

gstflow.cloud is a digital service delivered entirely online. There is no physical shipping or delivery of goods. See our Service Delivery Policy for details on how services are activated and delivered.

12. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via:

  • Email notification (30 days in advance for material changes)
  • Updated "Last Updated" date at the top
  • In-app notification

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
